Conlins Pharmacy poor service

Receptionist first question to me was what's your insurance!! I expected can I help you please! Receptionist second question was WHATS YOUR INSURANCE, as you can imagine I was insulted to say the least. I grew up always thinking that Conlins Pharmacy was a special pharmacy that was interested in the welfare of its clients. After I showed the receptionist my 96 year old mother in laws insurance cards and her Doctors prescription she told me we don't accept that insurance and gave me a paper and said to go there! My mother in laws Doctor as well as mine is Doctor Yeghiazarian a prominent and sort after Doctor in the Merrimack Valley and he would not recommend a pharmacy that would treat his patients like I was treated at Conlins Pharmacy. I was at Conlins on Jan. 17, 2017 between 1and2 pm the receptionist was at the first window and she should be instructed on how to welcome customers instead of insulting them. Thank you Conlins and please bring back you old fashion values.
