Behavior of manager Christopher Connor was very rode... No manners to talk with customers...
- - Internet sales quoted and confirmed the price by phone.
- - In person they said the price was a mistake, then said the car was out of stock.
Their internet sales department gave me price quote i call them and confirm that is a correct price you gonna give me car in that price? they confess on phone like thats a correct price an they gonna sell me that car in same price..
When i go over there they told me internet sale department make a mistake and we can not sell you car in that price if you want to buy this is the new price quote for you...
When i tell them i gonna complaints against you.. on a verry next day they change their statement in a email like.. that car out of stock...
Still their internet department give me same price... and the person named in the certificate manager avoid to transfer the call that person ... they are not talking with me any more...

Went to Conicelli Toyota Springfield 8/201/2016 for inspection. Service manager Mat said brake has been worn down to 1.5 and needs to replace to pass the inspection.
I differed and take my car out
to Midas.Guess what... my inspection is passed and they said my breaks are fine. Conicelli actually ripping the customers.
I do not know if the management is aware of this, but it is the shame that we cant trust the local Toyota dealership. Now realized that what they been doing over the years sorry for all customers who goes their for major services.I will never recommend anyone to conicelli Toyota springfield
Resolved: Timeslot means nothing
- - Appointment at 8:15am, I dropped off the car.
- - The car had not started by 1:40pm.
- - Timeslot is for availability, not a guarantee of work.
I made an appointment to have my RAV serviced and the apointment time was 8:15am. So, I came over early in the morning, dropped off the car andtook the shuttle to work.
Then, at 1:40pm, I called. I was told that it as not even started. I was very upset. Then the person at the phone told me that the appointment timeslot was only meant to make sure the availability on the day.
It does not mean that the car would be worked on at 8:15am.
Well, this is totally unreasonable.
If there is a timeslot on the appointment, I would expect it is the time when the car is being worked on. Otherwise, why would there be timeslots

- - There was no courtesy car for overnight tire inspection, and Christina in service was unhelpful.
Your dealership located in Springfield on Baltimore pike is the worst....you don't do free courtesy cars for a customer, who purchased his last 3 cars, from your dealership because i needed to leave my car overnite for a Safegaurd inspector..to inspect my tires because my state inpection is being held up for one of the tires. Your service rep. Christina is no help at all !!!

Dont Trust Them! HAVE CAR CHECKED BEFORE BUYING FROM THEM!
- - Car claimed to be one-owner with no accidents, but it was damaged.
- - They raised the interest rate by at least 2% and sold a damaged car.
They sold me a car they swore to my face was
a one owner and never had any accidents. It was a used car but only 1 yr old.
Turns out the car was hit and damaged significantly and is worthless for trade in value. Found out when tried to trade in... Also found out they bumped my interest rate at least 2% so the dealership would make interest on the loan too...after they said they were helping me and getting me the best rate
They sold me the damaged car AND lied to my face.
BEWARE USED CAR DEPT.
I will make sure all people I know do not buy cars here.
