Written contract not honored

November 2017. My number was deactivated, they promised to reactivated if I sent them id and proof of address. I did this two weeks ago with no response. A follow up email has also not been responded to.

Found Constar taking 1,49 € a min. for calls to the USA

As one other customer stated correctly, there is no working complaints process. I did not actually find foreign call tariffs on their website, only prices for the EU, and only a "special deal" that costs extra each month, with a list of countries, and a more expensive "special deal" with a longer list of countries. I was a bit foolish to trust that they would, by default, have a reasonable price for calling to the USA. 1,49 € /min. for calls to the USA make me think back to the 1990's. Calls to the USA, for Antarctica rates. Other companies' default prices for calls to the USA are typically quite reasonable, for 6 cent up to 29 cent from what I have seen so far.

Congstar and tmobile conspire to cheat customers

I was told I had to take out a 2 year contract for 5GB of data at the Tmobile store selling congstar. congstar told me that is not true. they said there is no difference between the flexible contract and the 2 year contract. there is no reason for someone to take out a two year contract, unless, of course they want to 'lock in' the rate. But, as rates are more likely to decrease over the next 2 years as opposed to increase, it generally makes no sense to sign a 2 year contract. congstar's customer service makes the situation worse. They won't let you speak to a manager. They have no complaints department. They refuse to cancel the direct debit. their customer service is horrendous!

Also faced situation when decided to close 2 year contract with them.I was surprised when I was told that I could do do in a one year O_o. This company make money with cheating theirs customers. Do not sign any contacts with them !!!!

SO instead of 24 month contract I am forced to pay 36.

Constar is the worst service provider i have dealth with. They have agents that are not prepared to help in english or get a somebody to call you back. I could not get any support on my international calling or why on statements are not appearing online.they don't care!!!
