I enjoy your newsletter articles, particularly on how to travel well. However, I just had a particularly bad experience with booking a car in Honolulu through Travelocity at "Economy" car rental and now discover that Travelocity and Economy have almost 100% negative reviews at the BBB and other review sites.
Please review these booking sites. Some are clearly superior to others.
