Within the first 6 months of having David's co. complete the work that took nearly two weeks, the overlay starting showing fracturing lines. By 12 months, the stain began to fade. At 30 months the overlay began to bubble up. David gave me three years warranty, but when bringing these defects to his attention at 2.5 years, his reply was literally "Your deck is out of warranty any repairs will have to be estimated. If thats of interest we can schedule a visit. IF NOT SORRY. " David does not care and is extremely unprofessional. Avoid this company. I'm going to have to hire another contractor to tear out all of his *** work and redo it all. Check the website for "opencorporates". David's company shows the following status:"Forfeited Existence". Google Maps shows his company "Permanently Closed".
