MAIL FRAUD To Conceal Retaliatory Foreclosure
The Government refuses to investigate mail fraud used by my lender in foreclosure.The Government regulators are failing to perform their assigned duties of prosecuting bankers and attny's fraud,& refusing to get involved,especially in my situation. My local mortgage holder fast-tracked foreclosure proceedings because a loan modification was faxed.
Was only one payment late. Found out later the lender has the right to begin foreclosure after just one day late. Since this is the case; why did loan officer and Trustee attny, use a local US Postal employee to forge, fabricate and backdate, certified mail receipt? Why did the US Postal employee forge a signature in the postal system claiming it to be mime, if the lender had the right to foreclose?
This fraud info was provided to the US Postal Inspector; US Postmaster General; FBI; Ms & La Attny General's Office; and the Ms Bar Assoc; and not one has investigated my proof of fraud, mail tampering, mail fraud,forgery and fabrication..... Go figure
