Received wrong item
I ordered toner and sent me a wrong item. It didn't fix in my drum printer. I sent an email to customer service and they said was the correct item. They told me I need to read the printer manual to know how to install it. I have this printer for 2 years and I know how to install the toner cartridge. I never could contact customer service by phone, only an answer machine take the calls. I put a dispute in PayPal, after 3 weeks PayPal gave me the order to return the item, but I paid for the return shipping. I bought the toner from other company and I received the correct item. Concord Supply has a very bad customer service and they are cheating customers.

Buyer beware! Dealing with Concord Supplies was one of my worst customer experiences ever. I ordered toner, and they sent me the wrong toner. I tried to generate a return authorization, using their website, and all I could get was an error message. I tried to contact them, using their customer service email, and all I could get was an error message. Then I called their customer service number and was told that it would take several days to generate a return authorization (note that all this time, they are still holding on to my money) . Then they told me that, notwithstanding the 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEED - FULL REFUND language plastered all over their website, I would not get all of my money back. They would charge me a 15% restocking fee and make me pay for the return shipping. I contacted them, again and again, to insist that they make it right, but the response was just one surly customer "service" person, after another, telling me that I would just have to pay what they charged.
Concord's defective fax cartridges
Ordered 6 Concord brand Fax cartridges and 3 were defective. Concord will not stand behind the product. Terrible quality. Quick to respond but no satisfaction. Concord Supplies ripped me off
I was ripped off by Concord Supplies. I ordered a replacement toner cartridge for a Dell printer and when the package arrived, I opened the bag inside to find the toner ink had all leaked out. I called and emailed several times trying to get a refund. They keep claiming they've mailed or faxed return labels, but it has now been over a month since I first called and I still haven't received anything from them. I sent an email again yesterday and they sent me a rude reply basically stating that since I am unable to receive the labels they claim to have mailed and faxed, they will not send any more return labels. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company. Stay away from Concord Supplies - their customer service is horrible.
Concord Supplies will never get my business again!
We ordered ink (8 cartridges for around $800+) in January. The printer was acquired by our department so it had some ink left in it. We ordered the ink early because we didn't know how long the ink would last, knowing that we needed it on hand for when it finally did run out. I finally changed the ink today, only to find out that one of them, roughly $112, was incompatible. It was only made for the next higher model, not mine. Today when I called to see what they could do for me, they wouldn't even discuss it. The first woman I spoke with was at least kind about it. She told me that the only help I might find was with Epson that they absolutely positively couldn't do anything about it. So I call Epson, they were awesome. I call back Concord Supplies trying to let them know what Epson told me- that this particular cartridge is ONLY compatible with the higher model. And that I realized that they wouldn't do anything about this. The next guy was a complete *** He was rude, immediately combative and not at all helpful. I will NEVER ORDER from Concord Supplies again. Apparently they do not need our money. If you have problems, make sure you get to them within 15-30 days. 48 hours if they shorted you, like they did us, but thats another story.
