Ful luggage returns

AI Highlights
  • - 30-inch Streamline was too large; return needs email CA address, RA#, and packing steps, no prepaid label, $40 to ship, and I won’t shop there again.

I ordered a Streamline 30 inch rolling duffle from the Ful website. When it arrived I saw that it was too big for my use so I decided to return it and get the smaller 22 inch one.

When I tried to return it I had to make several requests just to get the return info e-mailed to me. The return e-mail was an address in CA., a RA# and instructions for packing, insuring and shipping the luggage back to them. There was no prepaid shipping label like other companies provide. I was very disappointed to learn that it would cost $40.

just to send it back to them.

I won't be paying that much to send it back nor will I be shopping on that web site again. Very frustrating.

Cons:
  • Slow response to e-mail requests
  • Return policy
Reason of review:
Return, Exchange or Cancellation Policy
