Worst ever!!!
This place is the most unorganized, poorly staffed urgent care ever. Avoid at all cost.
The PA represents herself as a Doctor and is actually addressed by PT personnel as such but she is NOT a DOCTOR. She does not even play one well. She was gave out privileged personal info to unauthorized people on the phone about me and STILL represented herself as a doctor!! When I told her she was a PA she replied "well I work with doctors so its the same thing".
TOTALLY NOT. Even the office personnel is terrible. They had my wife on hold for 27 minutes then picked up and hung up on her. They did this 3 times until she went inside because I was there for PT and between the wait, the pt and the pa visit which were all late...I was there 4 1/2 hours.
My wife was waiting for me as I cannot drive and the front desk operator was rude and could not even answer a phone properly. She BLAMED the phone but it was her inability to ANSWER it that was the issue. All around...this place is the worst and should be avoided at all cost. They milk your insurance for as long as they can because they deal with some folks that want perm disability.
I am NOT one of those however and therefore was treated like crap!!! They were not going to make money off me and my insurance so they left me hanging for appts, cancelled appts WHILE I was there waiting to see the PA, told me to come back the next day to see her, which I did...and the same thing happened. The entire office and staff I encountered was horrible and could not, did not, do the job they were paid to do.
One incident after another. STAY away from this place and stay safe!

Poor mixed procedures
I was sent by my Contractor of FedEx Ground. I spent over THREE HOURS 10/18/21waiting to see the doctor...
then WAITED OVER AN HOUR after my vitals, blood pressure, etc., were taken before the doctor came into the room to see me. I got my physical, but made the mistake of not bringing my CPAP paperwork so the doctor told me to bring it in the next day and it would take a couple of minutes.... to sign off on the physical paperwork... and get me "right out of here".
NAY, NAY!! I've been here over THREE HOURS...as I'm waiting to see another doctor...Why!? I don't know! I might as well have driven, ROUND TRIP to either Louisville OR Chicago to, hopefully, another clinic...I've blown almost EIGHT HOURS-- A FULL WORKING DAY, getting my DOT physical.
HOWEVER.. The doctor i just saw, who has a Sophomore at PURDUE, was very professional, and very expedient in completing my forms, signing off on them, and getting me out of the office.

Horrible staff and doctors
Doctors dont know what they are doing, staff at reception area are horrible, rude and unable to do their jobs
Had a head on collision and was told to go there by work, doctor only wanted me to go through physical therapy, never checked if I had issues with my neck, back or anything else
Told me they would give me a day off to recover and then back to work Head on collision at 65 mphIncompetent at its finest..

Entered wrong diagnostic test.
Got a message that I need to go for my diagnostic test that apparently my treating doctor order. Clarified wi Lyn Gatchalian about the said test, told her my order never discussed or mentioned about EMG/ NCS test.
Even told her I dont have any idea what kind of test is this?
Arrived for my appointment @0830 am and find out it was canceled and they didnt informed me. This location is sucks,
