Horrible staff and doctors

Doctors dont know what they are doing, staff at reception area are horrible, rude and unable to do their jobs Had a head on collision and was told to go there by work, doctor only wanted me to go through physical therapy, never checked if I had issues with my neck, back or anything else Told me they would give me a day off to recover and then back to work Head on collision at 65 mphIncompetent at its finest..

Entered wrong diagnostic test.

Got a message that I need to go for my diagnostic test that apparently my treating doctor order. Clarified wi Lyn Gatchalian about the said test, told her my order never discussed or mentioned about EMG/ NCS test. Even told her I dont have any idea what kind of test is this? Arrived for my appointment @0830 am and find out it was canceled and they didnt informed me. This location is sucks,

User's recommendation: Remove this Lyn G. And replace her with a better supervisor coz she doesn’t know how to run this clinic and how to handle her staff professionally.
