this is the second time I have had these guys fo repairs on my ford transit. The last time was a joke, it cost 1800.00 dollars and had to wait 3 hrs behind time of pick up. Today I am here to pick up my van and again 2:30 was time for pickup I've been told that it would be 6:00pm before finish.
This is a company van and I do not have to come here, we can go anywhere we choose as long as it doesn't go over a certain amount. I am an electrician and have pretty good mechanical skills myself and I'm wondering why would you not call the customer first before starting a job like this? This is completely unprofessional and I am going to try and get compensated for this bull... But regardless I will not be back.
