No complaint. Only praise, Imac worked beautifully with no issues whatsoever.

Packing was as perfect as if they were shipping a dozen eggs.

Computer Overhauls - Dell Laptop Review from Springfield, Pennsylvania

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

I bought a refurbished Dell laptop computer here June 22, 2015. Warrenty is that computer can be replaced up to 30 days and repaired up to 90 days.

Seemed like a good deal. But this is not a good deal and you will actually save yourself money by buying a new computer in the first place. Especially if you really need a functional computer most of the time. My July 22nd purchase is dead just a little past the 30 day mark on July 31st.

Of course. I live out of state and had ordered online, so I could not bring the computer back to the store. Computer overhauls requires a phone call to report problems (no email "contact us") just a phone number. They are open limited hours and don't answer the phone anyway.

During business hours a caller is directed to an answering service. I'd left multiple messages over 2 days and my calls were never returned. When the shop closes so does the answering service, so you can't even leave any kind of message when they are closed. So, if you really need your computer, you are going to wind up going out to buy a new one anyway while you wait for them to get around to even calling you back.

Other things to keep in mind that are highly problematic for the consumer- you will pay the shipping to and from for repairs, and the Warrenty doesn't cover damage do to virus. I'd be willing to bet anything that when I do ship this junk back on my expense that they will diagnose my computer as non functional due to a virus, and therefor they are not liable to repair it. How can the average consumer argue that? They will then keep my non functional computer.

Refurbish and resell it.

This looks like a big scam to me. Do yourself a favor and purchase a new computer in the first place
