Yesterday, I returned a mouse I had purchased at the Clackamas Store. It stopped working after just 2 months of service. I was turned down for an exchange at the Clackamas store where I bought it because of your 14 day return policy. Also, the clerk couldn't figure out...
Techrabbit - Logitech gaming mouse
by IrateHowlerMonkey450 #1414527
Well, I just received the Logitech G903 wireless gaming mouse, and it seems fine. It will, of course, need to be charged.
It's larger than my other mouse. I always buy Logitech products and update them when I can for a fair price.

Looks like none of your other products work. So I will pass on buying this mouse pen.
Too bad, looked liked it could have been a good idea. Maybe another company will make the product with less complaints.
Techrabbit - Broken items

I used a logitech g600 for programming in the past 5 years, same mouse 8 hours a day and I decides to buy 2 more. 1st one looked twice older and used than my 5 years old one and for the second mouse the click didn't worked at all.
Point being...this guys are selling the worst of the worst and somehow their business is still going. Just...DON'T buy from them!

I'm writing this review because it seems that you might actually get a response from Techrabbit if you post a negative review here versus sending them an email directly... On 9/1 I ordered a Logitech MX Master 2S mouse with "New-Hassle-Free" packaging option (only becaus...
Logitech - Very bad customer support and warranty
by wahba #10817531.0
I bought a wireless mouse M185 with a 3 year warranty. and started to give me troubles with the left click.
I contacted the support on their site and finally I was able to get a case. this was started on 7/16/2017 before the warranty expires. I receive an email from Ryan from customer support asking about the details of the problem, I answered with all the necessary details. Then nothing happened.
I sent several emails after that and got no answer. Finally I called their number +1 646-454-3200 I got Angel to talk to. I explained every thing and she promissed to take care of the problem and to send me RMA for a replacement. She sent me an email asking about some details.
I answered her email. Thant was it. No response.
Nothing. I sent another email to her, and still no answer.
