Bureaucratic entrapment

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
AI Highlights
  • - Bloodwork pricing wasn't disclosed upfront; a separate lab charge.
  • - They call the charges a scam and note ongoing bills with low income.

Their system is designed to act as a form of entrapment, it's basically a very clever form of ***-artistry, you see I went the Ohio Institute of Cardiac Care and asked how much it is to have some bloodwork done, they say 300 dollars and that they'll send the bloodwork in "to the lab", and here's the key point, they did not mention that there'll be a separate charge... from a separate entity.

Therefore, how can one be liable for any payment to a service I didn't even know I was paying for? By the way, the check from Compunet was around a 850 dollars, roughly a hundred dollars for each test. Tell me that isn't a scam.

I called the OICC and asked them why they didn't tell me about the prices of the tests upfront, their response: "Well you actually have to contact them about pricing." I am refusing to pay this bill just out of principle, but the funny thing is I couldn't even pay it if I wanted to, and I encourage anyone who falls into this situation to just disregard them. Even after trying to explain to them that I'm not even ABLE TO PAY, because I live off of roughly 200 dollars a month, and sending TWO NOTARIZED letters stating my economic disposition, they still blatantly ignore that fact and continue to send me bills in the mail.

Cons:
  • Being scammed

Preferred solution: I would like Compunet to Cease and Desist with trying in vain to bill me for a covert serice.

Not *** friendly, not arc friendly

AI Highlights
  • - Rebecca and Jessica were rude toward ARC paperwork patients at Compunet in Dayton, Ohio, and grew polite only after being called out.

They are very rude to patients with Aids resouce center paper work arc. The names of the workers are Rebecca and Jessica.

Also Rebecca had her personal lab top out. All customers that didnt have arc paper work was taking care of as well as they were friendly to. Me and my partner saw the major difference. Beware of this place they will make you feel like second class.

It's amazing the discriminationthese employees are aloud to show to the customers. Once they got called out on it they tried to be overly polite so they wouldn't get introuble.

Once again that was compunet clinical laboratories on Edwin c Moses Dayton Ohio and the employees were Rebecca and Jessica. So beware and spread the word so discrimination can be stopped and not aloud in this world.
