If you are in crisis, just know you are screwed
- - Therapist list had people no longer there or not taking ComPsych.
- - UnitedHealthcare was more responsive; ComPsych should learn from UHG.
Shame on you ComPsych. I guess the CEO is too busy redecorating his THIRTY ONE BILLION DOLLAR mansion to oversee his company.
Just sayin...
Sent me a list of therapists that were either no longer at the company or don't take ComPsych. Had to start over at least 3x. This is not how mental health resources should work. Tried to provide the details for each therapist that is NA and they didn't even care until I pushed it on the 3rd call.
This is such an important resouce that they have underserved.
United Healthcare is the ONLY company that has ever really stepped up to the plate with Mental Health and actually cared and made a difference. ComPsych should take some notes for UHG.
