Sue Ramsden as an expert witness...
- - Interferes in custody cases and shares docs with others.
- - Delays test results up to 4 hours to label them as a self test.
Sue Ramsden is a crook who's willing to lie and/or go out of her way to interfere in any custody case where one parent is court-ordered to drug test. TIP- If you get ordered to drug test, DO NOT agree to test at Comprehensive Medical !
They are CROOKED! Sue Ramsden or her staff will gladly provide ANYONE with documentation (does not even necessarily need to be a party in your case-she gives these things out like she's Santa passing out presents on Christmas!) The documentation may vary slightly, but is likely to state one reason or another why, by her standards (which differ from the ACTUAL guidelines which have been established by the federal government) she has concluded that your tests have either been tampered with, are considered to be, diluted, was off-colored, or whatever other colorful lie that she comes up with off the top of her head. Or she will have you wait in the facility waiting room until after the window in which your test was to be completed has passed (up to 4 hours) so that she can label your results as a "self test" which somehow renders the results invalid, even if you have not left their sight since you arrived ON TIME! One of her favorite tactics is to wait a few months and then when you've taken what you think "should be" your last drug test, then she'll provide the other party with documentation to spring on you at court- just enough raise doubt and suspicion in the judge's mind about the validity of your results and then, of course, you;re screwed and there's really nothing you can do about it.
She knows that she's the one who you will have to fork out $85 for the next 6 mos. to a year since surely you will be ordered to continue to test (and you will comply, because you want to see your kids). Sue Ramsden doesn't give a crap about how many families she destroys, how many children have to spend months in the foster system, or how many parents lose their parental rights due to her mis-representations to the courts as long as she's paid. She will pull as many of these on you, as many times as she can until eventually you give-up and either quit trying {{Redacted}}.
Sue Ramsden is a snake!

This lab does not have integrity dealing with clients and reporting findings.
- - Questions ethical practices and misreporting in test results.
- - Mentions bias against clients and suggests considering court-endorsed alternate labs.
Sue Ramsden runs a business. And yes, not everyone is happy with "business" dealings.
However, an ethical business should not derive profit off the backs of the most disenfranchised by keeping them "clients" with subjective reporting added to negative test results. Nor should a business seek to legitimize its authority by demonizing the clientele in hopes of tying the client to this lab because of "suspicious behavior" reports given (under oath) to the courts. This pattern of viewing clients, who for many reasons come to be tested, as the stereotypical user of drugs who are trying to out-slick the court suggests that there is a pervasive climate of disdain for certain people. And judging from the people waiting to be tested, these people fall within certain racial and economic guidelines...
what is termed "the usual suspects M.O.". This attitude seems to be carried by the office workers as well, some who look to easily be clients themselves!
I don't know what Ramsden's issues are, but they need to be explored before using this lab so her issues don't become yours. There is a list of alternative labs that the courts endorse that you can find on-line.

- - •9/5/14, Sacramento Comprehensive Medical Center for a drug-test hairclip; bullying comments; wait explanation disputed; corporate office unavailable.
My name is Carla Chenier. I went to the Comprehensive Medical Center on 3600 Power Inn Rd in Sacramento, CA on Friday, 9/5/14, just to have them clip some of my hair for a drug test.
Two people were ahead of me. After they were finished, there was a 20 minute period where no one else was waiting. After that 20 minutes, other people started coming into the clinic. These five people were all called before me.
In the meantime, one of these patients made a comment of a bullying nature, specifically for my benefit, in the waiting room/lobby. Forty (40) minutes later, after they all left, I was then called. An employee walked by the exam room and loudly made a comment specifically for my benefit, which was also of a bullying nature. The explanation that the manager there gave me when I mentioned the one hour wait, is that which I do not believe is accurate.
I believe that there was something else going on.
This is the reason I tried to contact the corporate office. But apparently they do not have a corporate office.
Preferred solution: Just for the clinic to be aware of what is going on at their clinic.
MRO commenting on test, saying diluted when it was not diluted.
- - Negative court drug test at Comprehensive Medical in Sacramento.
- - Linda emailed results labeled diluted, but the test didn't indicate dilution.
I drug tested for the courts at comprehensive medical in sac ca. Test came back negative.Linda emailed me my results and she put diluted in her heading at the top.
My test itself did not say diluted. I have had several email conversations with linda and susan the owner. I asked linda if my test where considered diluted then why does it not say that on my test results itself. She said that the lab would have to put that on there and they only put it on there if the creatine is below 20mg and the specific gravity is below 1.003.
The problem is my specific gravity wasn't below 1.003. I also contacted lab and they had told me that if a test were considered diluted that it would say on the test. The staff at comprehensive had wrote to the judge saying my test is diluted.
I have lost custody of my children and have been drug testing all summer. Something needs to be done.

- - A 2007 flyer alleges illicit drug use via a court-ordered hair test; it says results were altered and Google removed it in 2008 as slander.
A post was created in 2007 which is not factual but is currently being distributed as flyers in front of our location. Mr.
Jerry Hull used us for court ordered drug testing which showed continual illicit drug use. The courts determined that we were simply following a court order, collected his hair and sent it to a federally certified lab who gave the results to Mr. Hull. He then changed the test result from Positive to Negative, copies it 12 times, and submitted them to the courts as if he had taken 12 tests.
When the courts uncovered this he lost custody of his children until he could prove he was clean from drugs.
Google removed this from their search engine in 2008 as slanderous.

- - Neutral review of a Sacramento medical facility notes service quality.
- - The text mentions concerns about ethics and policies.
To add insult to injury, she’s trying to become a lawyer too. All we need in the justice system is another worthless egotistical manipulating attorney who is unethical. Rumor is, Sue used to heavily use drugs in the past and is trying to pass herself as an angel with no faults. Let’s not forget she still smokes Chronic with good ol Timmy. Little secrets are coming out of her closet as time goes on. Reportedly Sue is having affairs with employees or former employees.
What a piece of work.

When was this new scam allowed in our courts??? Really?
DILUTED? This is how they make there money they send innocent people to counseling for weeks at 30.00 a pop. Some people need it if they show drugs in your system...but to say diluted this is the biggest scam I've ever encountered. Does anyone know who I can call to find out an answer to this Bull.
I feel sorry for these kids that are taken then drown in the system, they are ruthless parasites that care only about a paycheck. Russia would be a better place to live!
These tests are a scam to make money...The DCF make money when kids are adopted out. These parasites are using this to make money.
They say diluted with all of this modern technology that can't tell what's in your urine...Something seriously needs to be done about this. It is unjust...Let's give the entire court system of judges urine tests...Guaranteed they are diluted.
It's like water is against the law to drink...It's considered positive??? What the *** issuing on??
Crackbuster?? Lmfao!! Let me guess you work for this facility
Maybe you should examine WHY you are required to do drug screens.
