Comprehensive Building Consultants recently conducted a Home Inspection of my residence in Naples, FL and produced a Report which contained numerous inaccuracies. In an initial contact, by phone, with Russell Hensel, the owner, while he was driving he was quite cordial, and offered to reimburse me for any expenses incurred in determining that he had indeed made errors.
and agreed to call me back as soon as he reached his office and could access his copy of the report. He called me back later and we began our discussion on the "inaccuracies" in his report. We discussed just two of numerous inaccuracies before he terminated the call 1. Report stated ..

Just days before the Home Inspection our gas appliance service company inspected and certified that both heaters were working. Following the receipt of report an independent pool service company checked and demonstrated both heaters were working normally. 3. Hensel became very agitated and abusive. He started cursing me using the "f" word extensively.
He stated that I could "f"ing sue him if I liked and then hung up the phone. I would not recommend anyone to retain this company's services
