Save others from abusive company
- There was no medical director.
- Filler was placed against my wishes and melted by another doctor.
- Records and doctor credentials were not provided.
They performed a cosmetic treatment without a medical director. Put filler in my face despite my insistence that I DO NOT WANT filler!!!
I had to pay another doctor to melt it. Major expenses, painful, trauma both mentally and obviously physically. She put permanent filler in my face.
She refused to give me the doctor's name, medical records, treatment plan and staff's credentials. She went so as to threaten me for leaving an honest review and hired an attorney to send me a cease and desist letterso I would stop asking for my records
