I learnt many lessons in management while doing my BBM. But this is one lesson no management course ever taught: how to run an organization with the intention of wrecking employees’ peace of mind and ruining their careers.

This is the one big lesson I learnt from ComplianceOnline, and the professor who taught me this is Priyabrata Sahoo, Director. Thank you, Priyabrata.

I have now grasped the most important lesson you taught me –how organizations such as yours are run and how to avoid them in the future. I have learnt valuable lessons in backstabbing, politicking, cunning, favoritism and related lessons, albeit at a high cost.

I don’t know just what misfortune I had accrued in my previous life to have worked for ComplianceOnline. It is a bunch of cronies headed by one Priyabrata Sahoo.

This guy’s politics and the way he tortures employees sets an example of the most disgusting type. Thinking of his rotten face sends a strong revulsion into my entire being and makes me feel like vomiting. I wonder how God can keep such abominable rogues alive and well. His paap has to play out till he gets kicked in the rear.

It is not going to be long before that happens. I am confident about that.

Still getting spam mail from ComplianceOnline. Looks like I will keep getting it for the rest of my life

Completely fed up and pissed off with ComplianceOnline.

Don’t know who is running their business. Bosses at MetricStream must be thinking that sending spam mails to people after they ask to be unsubscribed a million times is sound business proposition. I don’t have the words to describe an organization that can be this lackadaisical. Your ineptness at handling your mailing is matched only by the lowness of the quality of your trainings.

Each quality competing to with the other to be at the bottom.

What a way to run a company. Wow!

These ComplianceOnline guys have done it again. Yet another spam mail from them.

This is the height of lack of not professionalism, but simple decency. If they don’t have this, it is time for them to shut shop. They belong to the Stone Ages. Looks like they have no clue to how an unsubscribe button functions.

Shame.

This kind of behavior is perhaps understandable for a company that has just started a new business or has outsourced its mailing list (who would!).

But this MetricStream website claims it is located in Palo Alto, CA. They should be worthy of at least their address.

I have a big grouse against ComplianceOnline. They have failed me on all counts. Their course is not up to standards; its presenter was not at all well-informed, and there were serious connectivity issues with the webinar.

I am thoroughly pissed off with these MetricStream guys. I asked for a refund, but these unprofessional employees quote a crazy refund policy which makes no sense to me. I consider it a total waste of time and money.

MetricStream guys are wasting time and resources on trying to reach out to people who have no relevance to their trainings. They need to become more professional in handling simple matters like this.

These nasty sales folks at ComplianceOnline badly need some good training in politeness and etiquette. I have never been so rudely spoken to by a service providing company all my life.

The guy at the other end of the phone was so snobbish the little SOB was under the impression that he was doing me a favor. His behavior got worse when I told him that I had called up to cancel my order. Goes on to show their sickening attitude.

Guys like you cannot do business. Get out of your stinky little world and look at the way businesses such as yours treat their customers.

Learn some basic decency and professionalism, ComplianceOnline. Are you trying to remind me of your existence by sending me spam mails for business trainings that are at light years’ distance from my profession?

I don’t need to be sent any more alerts and spam mails soliciting my participation in your training sessions. Period. Go get a life.

One gets a good idea of how good ComplianceOnline is at customer service. What kind of customer service can one expect from a company that does not know how to respect a small request from a guy who keeps getting their mails every other day?

I have no need for your trainings. Please understand this much and leave me alone.

From my understanding of attending a webinar from ComplianceOnline, there seems a huge dearth for qualified professional trainers. They certainly seem to be in short supply.

Why else does MetricStream find it so difficult to catch hold of one decent qualified, smart presenter? Can’t they get hold of a dapper trainer who has his ear to the ground? Why do they always get their courses done by people who ComplianceOnline claims has “x” years of experience, only to place before us a person who cannot quote simple guidelines?

Highly disappointing. At this rate, they are going to lose all their customers and will gain no new ones.

Gosh! Even after all these mails bombarding these idiots’ spam policy, I am still getting spam mails.

ComplianceOnline could do me a favor by removing me from their mailing list. When is this going to happen? I called up their customer care number, but most surprisingly, there was no response. I’ve never come across a company doing this.

I am completely baffled that such companies even exist and do business. No wonder, MetricStream has only negative reviews and almost nil positives from users on the various review sites that I googled. Bad for them to be in business.

It is a complete waste of my time and resources contacting these guys.
