The owner of this business, Joseph W. Nastasi, has provided contractor licenses for one contractor, and supplied another contractor on the actual job. His business is under an umbrella license for plumbing and electrical with another company belonging to his father, who already has a BBB complaint filed under the name Joseph Nastasi. He illegitimately uses the license of his main contractor, to support another, who is non-licensed and incredibly unreliable. He also has done work in towns/counties where neither he or his workers are licensed at all. Joseph W. Nastasi has sold Chinese made porcelain/stainless steel products i.e. sinks, for American made prices without informing the buyer. He has sold semi-custom cabinetry to customer Sarubbi for a price of $30,000 when his cost was close to $11,000. He misled the customer and allowed them to think that they were getting plywood constructed cabinets when he gave them particle board, among other left out details i.e. glass & upgrades. From my experience with him, he is only the most enthusiastic about whatever makes him more money on the materials as well as the labor. He will, without hesitation, supply you with a non-licensed contractor who is a lower rate per day fee than the actual license he provides you with. You will never see the guy on the license. He will mislead you on material costs and supply you with a product you don't even realize is different, but not every material of course. I suggest to every customer that they shop every model number he provides online and order it cheaper. I also suggest that you triple check every license he supplies you with and that you confirm that this person is the one actually working in your home. He will, without hesitation, take on more jobs than he is willing to pay good labor for, so be prepared to have your contractor off the job for many days at a time claiming personal reasons. Most of his jobs are not completed in the time agreed to at the signing of the contract unless he uses the one contractor with a license. Good luck using him!
