I was given a trial pair of contacts. In the meantime, I had paid for them and I owed $100 upon picking them up.

They told me to get back to them once I wore the trial pair and to let them know if any changes were needed. For some reason they went ahead and ordered the permanent contacts without informing me. Unfortunately, I had gotten ill and when I went to pick order them I was told that they had been sent back. Heres the kicker.

Not only did they send my contacts back, but they sent the payment back to my insurance company! Keep in mind that nobody notified me about everything that they had done. I made a complaint about this and they told me that I had to speak to a manager. So I spoke with Dr.

Sahota who Now said that there was nothing that they could do. At this point I was no longer with the insurance company so they would not send the payment back to Complete Eye Care. I was upset and called Dr Sahota again and the only thing that she would do is to allow me to order a new set of contacts and I would have to pay $200 extra rather than the $100 that I was supposed to pay before! This is the most unbelievable situation I have ever dealt with when dealing with an eye care provider!

How could they do this to their customer? They shouldve offered me some sort of compensation or at the very least, a better deal!

I was given a pair of trial contact lenses and my health insurance was billed on that same day. I was told to wear the lenses and make sure that they didnt need any adjustments.

I was supposed to let them know when to order them. In the meantime the lenses were ordered without me knowing about it. When I was ready, I enquired about ordering my contacts and told that they had been sent back! Next I was told that they paid the insurance back to my insurance company and cancelled my order because the lenses werent picked up!

I am no longer with that insurance company and cant get my contacts now.

I spoke with one of the owners of the company and all they would do is give me half of the money that they sent back without my knowledge. Im rather disconcerted because this happened after there had already been a problem with my glasses
