Compass Coach in Cedar Springs Michigan
The bus company had our money but didn't remember to pick up my school group. We called them and they showed up almost two hours late. We had to cancel half of our trip. We had tickets and people waiting for us at our primary location and they all had to be cancelled. The bus company also brought the wrong bus and kids had to ride double in each seat and I did not get to ride as a teacher and had to drive separate. Did they charge us half for wrecking half of our day and trip? Nope, they gave us a 400.00 voucher for another trip if we were to take one in the future. Wow. Sorry poor underprivileged kids that worked so hard for your fundraisers for your trip-you don't matter. Our history lesson turned into a bad business lesson.
