So I want to start by saying my husband recently went there because of depression, August 22, 2022 our whole world got turned upside down when our 2&1/2 year old grandson passed away and needless to say you are never prepared to deal with something like this, so my husband thought maybe this would help him and being my sister works at one of their locations we thought maybe this one would be the same boy were we wrong. Number one most of the night staff care only about their phones rather than helping the people there, they did nothing to help my husband he was there for 5 days and never did a thing to help him.

Then made him sign a 72-hour hold paper basically to shut him up because I was told they had no clue why they would have done that even though he went on his own free will he got PEC which means he was put there against his will and that the only way he could have gotten out of there is if the doctor said he could, well what they didn't know is I am not a dumb person and i found a loophole that I knew they definitely would have let him go, and they did. If ever you are told you are a family member will go there, refuse and go else where.

This place was a nightmare for my husband and I, all he wanted was to be helped, and instead they made his depression worse and created so much anxiety for him. Now I can say their were sweet and caring staff there but very far and in between, most of them are there to collect a paycheck and this kind of place needs people that care and understand and are willing to help.

Preferred solution: Why dont you guys do what you are supposed to do, help people. Number one start by doing background checks on the people ya'll hire. Most of the night crew besides the RN and the male nurse needs to be replaced.

User's recommendation: Read up on whatever place it maybe and be sure this is what is right for you.
