Pretty crappy. They do not advise that the cannot deliver to PO Boxes and the website allows them as delivery addresses.

Then you have to wait for FedEx to fail to deliver and the tickets to go somewhere for Viagogo to contact you with another delivery address. Then they sit on the tickets and don't tell you when they will send them even though they have them in hand.
