Tradesy's communication/response team is not the most savvy. When the shoes were delivered, it took Tradesy 5 days to make the tracking status "delivered" so I was unable to receive a site credit.

My only option at the point was to relist the item.

That was a set up on Tradesy's end because they knew that if the tracking status remained "shipping" until the 5th day, I woudn't be able to return the shoes which are too big. I will be filing a formal complaint with the BBB and suing Tradesy to either receive a refund or a site credit.
