I have been a loyal sprint client for the last 14 years. I figure I have spent over $42,000.00 with this company.
I have been on the phone getting bounced around from dept to dept trying to up grade the 4 phones I have on my account. I have had one rep help me named Jenny, but after that, nothing. I need to still get my phones up graded as they are all over 2 years old and its time.
I need resolution to this now!!!! Maybe it's time to leave sprint and look for another company that cares about long term customers.
