Have contacted customer service a number of times just to be told that I'll receive a call back from them soon. Super shady - wish I had just ordered the shoes from Amazon. Not to mention that the payment on my debit card seemingly processed immediately, was withdrawn, and processed again properly...

I called them the SAME DAY I received them to say I was sent the wrong size and needed to exchange the size. They informed me that the size they sent was the ONLY size they had so I could return it but I'd have to pay a restocking fee $6. 95! I was angry they wanted to charge me for their mistake...


When I did return items, they refunded my money promptly and courteously. They even gave me a full refund on a pair of running shoes that I wore for 3-4 weeks when the inner lining wore through much too rapidly.
