What can I say, worst customer service, I called them numerous times was put on hold for hours and then my call was dropped. 125 years of glorious service my *** As soon as I am off disability and back to work we are moving our money to Edward Jones..

Horrible customer service and no follow through on what they tell their customers. Getting the run around and no call back from the manager as requested to get my tax document that they sent to an old address, after they were advised of the updated one. Would not recommend for anything!..

...that told me the law requires end of day trades if made by 4:00PM are correct Vanguard will be fined and the the violation will be published on their website. I'm now concerned that the automatic year end RMD will still be made after reading the shocking reviews of Vanguard.
