Customer service
About the same. I haven't had any dealings with WW, but a friend has.

She was not very happy when all was said and done. Their Customer Service was comparable to RBAs, which is severely lacking.

Product or Service Quality
Outside of the fact that both RBA and WW mismeasured for windows, I feel RBAs is a better product due to the frame material.

WW uses vinyl, I'm told, where it may be possible to put a hot knife through (this is what our salesman pointed out to us during the sales call). RBA uses a product called Fibrex, which is a composite of fiberglass and another component.
