Having utilized Raymour and Flanigan for previous purchases, R&F definitely has MUCH better customer service and the interests of its customers than Sleep Number.SN's attitude is "if you don't like it, go somewhere else", which is exactly what we did.

This despite the fact that their showrooms are usually devoid of customers.All the advertising they do on TV is worthless without decent customer service.
