You sent this to the WRONG person.Trust pilot wins this in a landslide. In fact, so do Yelp, Sitejabber, and Google Reviews.

They post independently, impartially, and immediately. All have posted my Drivetime review and, twice Drivetime had actually replied. Both times the replies were nice, but useless as the referred me to Bridgecrest, which actually is a shell company with the same CEO and board of directors as Drivetime. I looked them up on Forbes.

My complaint directly to Drivetime has been totally ignored . Pissed Consumer apparently allows their paying "verified representatives" to use them to censor complaints by not replying so that the complaint will never get posted and the negative will not go into the companies star rating, therefore inflating their positive numbers.

Those star reviews don't seem correct anyway as the stars on independent sections do not seem to be anywhere close to the average overall. At this point Pissed Consumer seems to be an advertiser for their paying customers, publishing Testimonials and hiding complaints more than a site for Pissed Consumers' complaints about ripoff companies.
