You cannot compare them because most (all) Pilot-Flying J don't have a repair shop.As far as customer friendliness and convenient store sales.

I prefer Pilot-Flying J. I have shower power with them and had it since 2015. I feel like the people are friendliest and interacts with the drivers more.

Everyone at TA or Petri seem to have a bitter attitude to the point were they don't speak.At PFJ, they greet you when you walk in and talk to you when you're buying coffee, etc...
