for two weeks now I have talked to your customer service 800 number who is nowhere in Pittsburgh everyone has said that they put a note out for her to have delivery I even put it on my credit card so that it would be automatic because the gentleman that called my mother was charging her full price....

...When the paper doesn't show up, there is never an explanation, and they just say they'll add another day to your service. This really doesn't solve the problem. It makes you think we need to go back to having paperboys deliver the paper!!..
