One-owner 2017 XC90, purchased new, regularly maintained, and driven only 64,000 miles. Never driven off-road. Vehicle requires complete engine replacement due to "sludge." I understand that the vehicle is out of warranty; but, a modern vehicle's engine should last more than 64,000 miles.
