After months calling fortegra (4warranty claims) every day and finally have answer the phone, All claims are denied, broke, peeling, cracking, what a BIG FRAUD are you.The customers must know on big letters that you do NOT cover anything.

How would you compare Nebraska Furniture Mart vs Rooms To Go?
we have not yet dealt with rooms to go however we will be shopping there this week due to Nebraska screwing up our delivery 5 times now. to start off the love seat they delivered was tore, they said not to worry that they would let us "loan" it until they sent the new replacement in two weeks.
cool! two weeks comes by i've called in to work to make sure i'm there for the exchange, and 1 hour before the delivery they call to let me know that the new couch has been dropped and cannot be delivered. so they rescheduled for two more weeks out...i was still understanding until the next delivery came around and we had the same exact story being told to us about the now second replacement. now frustrated i told them that we would try one last time to have it sent out again in another two weeks.
low and behold they called and said this one was not deliverable as well so i drove back to Nebraska with full intent on getting a refund until we spoke to the manager over the furniture department and he promised me he could have it delivered crated and wrapped and there would be no issues...the day of the delivery they called and told me that the love seat was not crated was not wrapped and was damaged.
every single time i have missed work to be there for these deliveries...i've now missed out on more money than i spent on the set alone and they refuse to offer anything but a refund. this is the absolute worst experience i've ever had with any company.
