The comparison is specious -- both are owned by Tracfone, which seems to be working hard to be named the worst cell phone company of all time. Some of Family Mobile's problems might be put down to having just been acquired by Tracfone, but that doesn't change the fact that customer service at Family Mobile took a nosedive when T-Mobile sold FM to Tracfone.

Totally agree!!Have been LOYAL FM customer for several years...3 different phones...all was great til the switch.

CS SUCKS!!

I have always paid on the 3rd due to my pay period and now they want on the 1st...no exceptions.....their solution...your phone just won't work for 2 days!!ARE YOU KIDDING!!
