Minute Clinic and Walgreens Rating Details
Reviewer's quote
...Their Customer service is not any help at all - they cannot help resolve issues. I SHOULD JUST HAVE GONE TO WALK-IN, OR URGENT CARE, OR ZOCDOC. I thought the minute clinic service is as good as the CVS PHARMACY...

...Awful customer service too and they are now targeting minorities, especially Blacks, in their ads. Everyone reading this is smarter than that. Teach Walgreens a lesson by not shopping there, they stink!..

...store, then called requesting two-day free delivery as that option was not available on the website. (This is probably because delivery cuts into their profits and they care more about this than they do about customer service. ) Kept getting emails telling me to pick up from the store...

She said she knew but they didn't have the covid test services and she didn't come out to talk to us in person. I said it's time sensitive and asked her to tell me which location we should go then, she said she didn't know and she only knew that they had discontinued that service for a while....

How would you compare Minute Clinic vs Walgreens?
I'm not sure how it matters since Walgreens is no longer going to have the clinics. I went to Walgreens for a UTI infection & after waiting an hour & a half the Dr told me they were closing their clinics & that they were unable to do any lab work.
I left & went to Minute Clinic at CVS & got totally ripped off which I have already left a review for. Whatever you do, don't go to Minute Clinic.
Neither pharmacy has the patient's best interest at heart. They overcharge for medication, refuse to fill prescriptions if "they" decide the patient doesn't need them.
The technicians are rude, undereducated and hard to understand. They are slow and I don't personally use them very often (thank God) and never for any kind of controlled medications, but I've seen how the staff treats people that are unfortunate enough to need controlled medicines. They roll their eyes, sigh, and act like it's a giant chore to pull a bag out of a bin and do their job. The staffs at these stores should be ashamed and CVS and Walgreens are only trying to fill their greedy pockets.
This is for CVS. You need to do something about those Nurse Practitioners before they kill somebody. They are a pathetic excuse for medical providers. This is just a warning and take it as you will, but Caremark would be a great company for Undercover Boss to make a visit to.
You never know who is watching.
The American Medical Association may be interested in some of this too. You guys suck worse that Walgreens.
