Woodforest has worked with me and my wife when we hit a rough patch. We had some fees for overdrawing our accounts on more than one occasion.

We simply took a credit test and they credited our accounts with those fees. By doing so, our accounts were in better shape and we came through the rough patch without a bad credit report. We have been very loyal customers since then.

Their staff is excellent and has lower turnover than a lot of other banks. And on top of it all, they are located inside Walmart.
