...They are obviously into selling boxes and not service. Cutting my losses before I get too frustrated. Tossing the DVR/NVR or whatever it is and contacting a reputable security company to tap into existing cameras, wires, and my monitors..

The support website lacks sufficient detail of supported firmware versions, end of life products. DVR units only support IE browser (no other browser). DVR units use different IE Client Browser plugins requiring you to unload and reinstall plugins when managing different DVR's...
