I have been a customer of Liberty Mutual for several years now and have never have had such bad experience Liberty with no claims or tickets for over 16 years ,luckily my wife she check our bank account appear Liberty Mutual Insurance drown over$1800 without notice to us that the rate went up on us $500 from normal rate witch is around $1200 ,when I spoke to as to there customer service I ask about the commercial they have on TV that we can save you over $800 her response was not grantee I ask here why don't say that on TV she cant answer
