Samsung has zero customer service. Samsung has hired telemarketing companies in other countries that have a difficult time with the English language.
When you escalate your complaint to the president’s office it’s just another telemarketing company hired to say “no”. They make sure you never get any contact to anyone who works at Samsung. Therefore Samsung hires these companies to save money and not help the customer because they do not care. BUT how does this in the long run help with there sales?
All this ill will is all over social media but Samsung removes it!

New refrigerator sold to us missing parts. Samsung told us we had to pay for technician to see we had no seals! Therefore refrigerator that does not work was sold to us. Samsung’s president’s office said we had to pay and hung up on us.
I have something else to compare
Samsung is the worst company we have ever dealt with.
We don’t know how a company could be any worse. Do not buy Samsung.
Both have very poor customer service

Both have issues with LG having linear compressor failures after 3 plus years and very poor policy re food loss compensation for parts still under warranty

I switched from Samsung to LG after early failures of two 65" curved TVs.
Now I have an very early failure of a LG 65".
Now I'm going to Sony.
How would you compare Samsung Electronics vs LG Electronics?
Stay Away.. far away from Samsung whereby LG is and has had a reputation stretching back over fifty years as being Lucky Goldstar and near the same level

Samsung is manufactured in many locations in different countries.
LG or Lucky Goldstar is exactly the same. Both having a Korean Flag, they mirror one another in their product quality, low to very low in reliability and nearly zero in quality.
I have something else to compare
American products tend to be of higher quality, namely G.E.
and Motorola with RCA barely making the grade. Granted, many of their products are made in different countries; the quality control is markedly different as is the customer service.

LG = 1 star

Phones; both represented by Korean based companies and made in another part of the world. The quality control on both products is negligible.
With the HUGE number of complaints, the public is being taken for a jolly ride straight into the bank. By the way.. LG does not stand for life is good.. it's 'lucky goldstar' a company which failed in the early 1970's due to its junk products and resurfaced with oversized and useless sized machines.
I have something else to compare
Give me an American Made Product anytime; the world is not better by having more junk on the shelves.. and the merry hours spent in dealing with flat out putrid products.

I have 2 LG TVs. Both bought at the same time.
One is a 55" and one a 65". The 65" I have to sign into Newsmax each time and the 55" I don't.
And the 65 " buffers and my phone nor the 55" buffers.
