...week ago and never did I tried calling no call back at this point I jus want my money back for my season pass I’m really disappointed and disgusted with the customer care I only agreed to the free tickets because my child said he would like to go six flags and once again they’re disappointed issue not resolved,the fact that an adult staff and the child’s mother approach my child and mistakenly accused him which was way out of line and embarrassing and the fact that no one is trying to handle out situation, I strongly feel at this point I will take my services else where no mother wants to disappoint there child after saying they would have ticket to six flags for your staff ...

...get you into the park and on the ride and then it's an additional cost if you want to actually do the haunted part of the park doesn't advertise that on the website it shows Fright Fest as scary things all over the place it was awful if you're going. be prepared. we didn't do any of the maze events because we had left all our money...
