I bought a new Kimber Mico 9 in two tone.loved the size, seemed to cycle rounds with zero issues, however it was all over the paper.

I put another 100 rounds through it, same thing, very inconsistent accuracy. I called Kimber and immediately they wanted to check out this gun. I boxed it up, sent it to them through the prepaid box they mailed to me and four weeks later i got it back. They installed the new updated, night sights and new springs, all at no cost.

The gun now patterns beautifully.My overall opinion is, Kimber has tremendous customer service and i will not hesitate on purchasing another Kimber.
