JPS has an overall worse reputation.I've never even heard of Minute Clinic, but from just reading the ratings for them, I see many comparisons that are above JPS's ratings.

Looking back in my calendar this weekend, to the beginning of this year (2017), I was actually shocked to see that every call I have made to JPS was noted with 'No Return Call'. That was noted on

Specialists, and my regular PCP ...

every doctor that I am seeing.Even the negative aspects for Minute Clinic are more acceptable than doctors that just don't return calls!
