I purchased the downdraft dual fuel range and the door didn't close properly. Called them and after 4 service visits their authorized rep still couldn't give me permanent fix.Then the front electronic control panel went bad.Jen Air could care less.They are well aware the net is full of complaints...

Bought Range and Fridge about 2 months apart, within the first year of owning the fridge all of the plastic door bins started to crack and break. Have no fear Lowes extended warranty is....well not here.... Lowes stated that the bins were not covered by the warranty and only the main components...
