...I did what was mentioned in the manual and called customer service (which the call kept getting dropped several times and only one agent called back). She told me I had to replace the speaker? It is 1-2yrs old?!..

The pamphlet with the ear buds says to go to their website and receive an SRO number and go under product support; however, there is no where to get an SRO number nor click on product support. This is terrible and I am demanding a refund and they can have these new junkie ear buds that they know...

I have had same experience as many others. Band broke. The 1st time it happened, they sent out a new one. Hurray! Then it happened to the new one also, but worse. I sent in a complaint. Did the multiple resend, multiple times. Finally, finally got a reply noting the migration of info took too long,...
