My payroll service for accountants has always had a special customer service number you could call when you needed assistance. They took this away and now only have chat options. My issue too me over five hours of my time to resolve which could have been handled in 10 minutes worth of phone...

Sage without approval charged our Company on my Credit Card for payroll services we did not request, sign for or approve. We downgraded their product at great expense because they dropped payroll within the system so they could charge a outrageous sum for a service we don't need..
