Instacart has way more choices than Peapod which is why after being a loyal (almost weekly) peapod customer for almost 2 years, I decided to give Instacart a chance.From Customer service to availability to cost, instacart lost completely.

Though Peapod does not have the variety Id like, I will be going back to peapod, I know most of the drivers who are very nice , the bags they use are much stronger too.

My experience trying to ameliorate the problems with instacart are ongoing.Until they get their act together they will not be receiving my business.
