Poor customer service! Not to mention total consumer scamers! Do not do business with Pnc!

According to what I see above, I would stay with Huntington. Also, while the person "Jeffrey" from the 800 customer service number was terrible, the manager (Ryko Marich) was terrific!

He found out somehow I was not opt in correctly. It had nothing to do with how I handled my account. Frankly I think Jeffrey should be fired.

And I will write Huntington about that. Huntington still is the best bank in town.
