They both assist well. Just remember to say what you mean and know what you want.
Product or Service Quality
Priceline has a greater service charge than Hotels.com and Hotels.com will call and verify amenities, such as is the pool. working. All though the Express Deals are the best with Priceline and even though you might not see what hotel it is.
It tells you if you have been there before. Its a great motivator.
I have something else to compare
Always call to verify amenities and what type of bed you will have.
Normal its usually 2 standard beds. But the hotel has a option to adjust unless you paid extra for a specific bed.
