Because I found a decent customer service rep (I went through like 8, and found 1 that would assist) Ive been able to get some of these issue fixed, mostly temporarily, because every time I look at this unit something else goes wrong or breaks. So heres the partial list, and mind you this is a 100k...

Called HR customer service, made an appointment to go to Indiana, and left it with them for a month. After getting it back it seemed ok, but about a month ago we opened it up to prepare for a journey south and it started to rain and once again it has a bad leak. I found that the long slide out...

...The quality of these RV's is unbelievably poor. Our coach entrance door is now delaminating and they refuse to fix it. How can this happen to a 2018 When we bought it in 2018, we never thought to look under it because it was new...

Now $500 compared to the overall price of $93,000 may seem insignificant but as you will see further in this letter the $500 and $600 charges keep adding up! The walk-through and orientation was supposed to be designed to familiarize the customer with the outer and inner workings of the motor...

How would you compare Thor Industries vs Holiday Rambler?
Ive had both 2018 Thor and a 2019 holiday rambler buyers beware they are not built well. Both have spent more time at the dealer .
Now my carbon monoxide sensor is going off . They installed a 2017 model in a 2019 motor home.
Do your research. The rambler had many other problems .just another unhappy camper should go back to a tent.
It sounds to me after reading the reviews that they were made by the same factory of unskilled workers and executives with pockets full of our money. I remember when the industry was dead and workers were out of work and the industry quality seemed better .However now with unskilled labor at the helm all is so poor!
The big wigs will rule the day they didn't keep the Made in the USA pride and workmanship !! The new generation have lost that pride!
I hope for the country's sake they get it back! Because this is our backbone of the USA !!PRIDE in what we do!!
